You can depend on a high level of competence.
All “HOUSEwise” operatives are appropriately qualified, highly trained, and embrace continuing professional development. They are very knowledgable and well experienced in their fields.
Our primary inspector is Kym Buckley. He is a licensed builder and registered building works supervisor, with building experience from 1978 and building inspection experience continuous from 1991.
He has been a member of the Housing Industry Association since 1990 and a member (and past president) of the Association of Building Consultants since 1998. He was also a member of the Timber Development Association from 2001 until its dissolution in 2009.
“HOUSEwise” is rigorously independent and delivers high levels of accuracy and efficiency by deploying only highly experienced operatives and by using proprietary intellectual property for data collection and processing.
You can expect ready availability and timely action.
The “HOUSEwise” business is dedicated only to delivering high quality, relevant, building advice for its customers. As we are completely focussed on our customers, and their instructions, we can ensure prompt attention and action.
As certain consultations are time critical, “HOUSEwise” routinely arranges site access which accommodates all stakeholders and makes every attempt to press for timely responses.
You can rely on user-friendly information tailored to your purpose.
We enjoy, and we are good at, what we do. We believe that, if our customer does not properly understand our reporting, we have not fully completed our work.
From your initial phone call, at which you will receive a detailed explanation of the processes you can expect and the costs involved, to the final report “HOUSEwise” will use firm focus on the customer to gauge how best to construct explanations and transmit information.
While reports for certain purposes are required to be produced in rigid formats and to incorporate specific language, “HOUSEwise” is at pains to use appropriate (often plain english) terminology when communicating with the customer.
Further, notwithstanding our preference for explanations and summaries direct to the customer on-site, all customers are entitled to ‘back-up’ telephone advice, about report information, for which there is generally no additional charge.
